My first Digital Cards!

These cards were made using Creative Memories Storybook 3.0 program. I was able to use the same supplies I use on my scrapbook pages. Although I really like the look and feel of a traditional card, I can see myself doing some hybrid cards in the future! Also if I'm in a hurry and need a card, I can just print one of these out on my home printer and call it good!

Sure Cuts A Lot

Well, one of my sisters and I are getting ready to go to Kansas City, MO for a couple days to work on some creative projects for the company she works for. When K1's (my oldest sister, there are five of us and our names all start with K's so, K1 is the oldest and K4 (me) is the second to the youngest)boss found out I have a Cricut, I had to come... and bring the Cricut. So, I thought I would download the Sure Cuts A Lot program so we could have more freedom with the Cricut. I'm testign it out now and it ROX! I will post pictures of the trip and some project I come up with using the new program! But for now.. I must play some more!!!

Calendar Pages

I'm making our 2010 Calendar this year. First time I've ever done a calendar, I'm having lots of fun with it, so I will probably make one every year! This year's is "hybrid" which means that part of it is paper products that I've purchased and the other part is from digital kits that I've printed out on my home printer. Each month is different from the month before as far a papers, colors and embellishments. The "days" are the same, which is a "slide frame" that looks like its been covered with old masking tape that I got in a free digital scrapbooking kit. I use a rubber stamp to stamp the numbers on them and any Birthday's/Holidays that are in that month then run them through my Zyron and stick 'em down. I've written the days of the week at the top and used random embellishments and supplies to "fill out" the page. Here are a few months...
