Project Life: Week 11

ok so I'm a little behind on my Project Life pages. I'm still taking the pictures, but life has been so busy for us that I've not had time to put the pages together. The weather has been unseasonably warm here, so we've been playing outside a lot. Its hard to keep shoes on my girls... I guess they are barefoot country girls! :) I also did lots of scrapbooking this week, God has really blessed us with this business and we are SO THANKFUL!   Reagan is trying to figure out how to tie shoes... she still has a way to go yet! Then we have the girls eating! Reagan was VERY impressed with this HUGE pancake and Abby loves to eat anything! And I added all the funny little things Reagan's says through out the week. I update my fb status with the funny things she says then when I work on Project Life I just go to that week on fb and copy & paste it. It works like a dream! I have people come up to almost on a weekly bases & say how much they love Reagan's quotes. They say it brightens their days & makes them laugh. So I kinda think of it as a ministry. We are so blessed to have Reagan & Abby Jo!!!!!!!! So here is my layout for Week 11...

More Cards

Here is another set I did as a "Thank You" for a customer. I love making cards to have on hand to give to people! I cleaned of my workspace before I made these so I tried to use up my scraps. The stamp set I used is one of my favorites from Stampin' Up! but has been retired for quite awhile. The cherry one is probably my favorite from this set! I used 1 1/4 circle punch for the cherrys and another VERY small circle punch for the "highlight", then I stamped the stems from the stamp set & stamped teh leafs on Lucky Limeade Cardstock & cut those out and paper pieced it all together. Fun times!

Birthday card

This is a cute birthday card I made for a farmer themed 1st birthday! I used"Create a Critter" (of course), Stampin' Up! card stock, red stickles and some bubble wrap as a background stamp with "Lucky Limeade" ink. I also used 2 different white gel pens. For the sentiment I used  Stampin' Up! "Happiest birthday wishes" and some black ink.

This is a Birthday card for my cousins twin boys first birthday, the theme was "we go together like Milk & Cookies".  I used the birthday party colors as my color pallet, the banner was mostly scraps laying on my desk :). I used "Create A Critter" (my FAVORITE Cricut Cartridge!) for the milk bottle & straw, I added some white lines around the bottle to give it some intrest. The cookies were cut from "From my Kitchen" Cricut Cartridge (on my personal top 10 Cricut Cartridges). I cut out 2 milk bottles & 4 cookies, 1 set for the card & I used the other set as a "tag" for the gift. I also used "Varsity Alphabet" stamp set from Stampin' Up! to stamp "milk cookies" with "chestnut roan" chalk ink from Color Box on the gift package. Over all I thought it was STINKIN" CUTE!!!

simple card set

Here's a card set I made as a gift to say "thank you" to a loyal customer of mine. My camera ended up going home in my sisters car but hopefully I will get it back this weekend. So, these pictures were taken with my cell phone, so I'm sorry the quality & color is so off, these cards were so pretty in real life! Make some for yourself & see! The design was inspired by another Stampin' Up! demonstrator, Catherine Pooler.
