workspace wednesday - - on thursday?

ok so yesterday was a crazy day for me. this was reagan's first week back at preschool and i ended up working 2 days back to back at work, which isn't normal for me, plus i had a headache. so thats why i wasnt able to post a workspace photo yesterday - i took the picture - just couldn't get the time to upload it. so here ya go! 

check out how clean it is! yeah - thats clean for me! I'm working on a 12x12 "fiesta" layout, so the supplies are laying around for that. the cricut handbook for the Autumn Celebration cartridge (i cut the word "fiesta" & the pinata) and the Gypsy with the cricut right behind it. little pile of scraps from the cuts here and there. plus i just picked up a Zig 2 way glue pen (LOVE IT) for little cuts, I'm not sure how i survived without one for so long! And then just some random stamp sets that im playing with. 

I'm planning to relocate my scrap space this weekend. right now its in a corner of our bedroom and its gonna move into a guest/storage room. it will be closer to where the girls play during the day. im so excited! i will post updates as we get moving on this!!!! please feel free to leave comments or questions!

workspace wednesday: 07.25.12

you'd think will all the digital pages ive been doing that my workspace would be cleaner!! lol! well lets see starting on the left and moving to the right...
my blue cricut is holding my smash book, and i see some baby bottle parts? abby hasn't had a bottle in a very long time so I'm not sure why those are there? I've been making some Mini milk carton treat boxes, so I've got some stampin' up! stamps stacked up there. in the back between my ink tower and the tool turn around is just a bunch of random stuff. then there is some fabric (i was wrapping around the milk cartons) plus some other scraps. so not alot going on on the desk this week. I think its about time to clean it all off . . . maybe next week? or the next? we will see!

Workspace Wednesday: 07/11/12

Ok I realized that I didn't post my workspace picture for last week! So here it is.. Im working on alot of things, first of all starting on the left, I have my color coach out trying to come up with some new color combos to play with, right now I'm loving Rich Razzleberry, Pacific Point (both from Stampin' Up!) and a lime. I don't have a good Lime color ink :( I was using Green Galore from Stampin' Up! but that pad is now dry (sniff sniff) and they don't have that color anymore. So I gotta find a new one! Next on the desk is the GYPSY! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my gypsy, I can't do anything without it! the Rolodex is a project I'm working on using THIS stamp set from Paper Trey Ink to help me keep all thoughts in one place. I'm really loving it, when I'm working on a project and need a little something I just flip through whatever section I'm needing help with and I find what I need! Its just simply great! All the little white hearts you see are from this die from Stampin' Up!. The big notebook is out because I'm gonna enter a design team call!!! I've never done that before but I've wanted to. So I thought I'd give it a try, I gotta get a couple more pictures printed before I can submit it, I'm pretty excited about it all!! So that's my desk for last week. I'm working on different stuff this week so things will look different for the post tomorrow!

workspace wednesday: 062012

So I had a busy day yesterday so I didn't post my workspace photo for the week. I've been playing with some stamps from Hero Arts branded with Studio Calico and I LOVE them!!! Can't wait to use them with Project life & in my smash book! When I play with stamps I normally end up making cards, so I did a couple cards but then I just couldn't wait to use them on a scrapbook page. The stamps have more of a scrapbook feel than cutesy images for cards. I will post some of those projects soon. so lets start of the right side, I have  a couple stamp set out from Hero Arts I LOVE the polaroid stamp!!! I've stamped it several times on some white card stock so I can quickly add it to a card or scrapbook layout. under the scissors is a little flip book of layout sketches, the top one is the one I'm using to put together the 12x12 in the middle of my table. I'm using some paper from my stash that went well with her shirt in the picture. above the layout there is a pink bottle of glow in the dark nail polish, Reagan gave it to me (to keep it away from Abby Jo) to do her nails later that day. to the left there are more stamps sets that I'm playing with to see how I want to use them on this layout. I keep a piece of white copy paper close by to test colors of ink before I put them on a layout. Plus a couple cards stacked up there. And you can see the Little Spook Mini album is still on my desk! lol!

        

Workspace Wednesday: 061312

Ok so I've not posted a "Workspace Wednesday" photo in awhile... oh I just noticed I misspelled "Wednesday" in the photo! lol! (I had a rough night last night, had to wake up every couple hours to check on Abby) So back to my workspace, its rather clean for my space :D I reorganized some storage space over the weekend so I did tidy up my desk. In this picture I'm working 2 projects. A 12x12 scrapbook page in the left side of the picture about half way down then opposite side of that I was putting together some pillow boxes for a business so I was playing with design ideas. The "Little Spook" mini album is on my desk because I need to make another one for Abby Jo AND  I need to update Reagan's. The cricut booklets are from Creative Memories, I think its "Be Young" its a REALLY cool cartridge I'm having fun with it. I will post some projects using it in the weeks ahead. So stay tuned!!!

Workspace Wednesday - Jan 04

 After I took this picture I did clean my desk up! But you can see some of the stuff & colors I'm playing with right now. There is a card at the bottom of the picture that I made with a FREE "Sale-a-bration" stamp set. And it also has the New Edgelits Die Adorning Accents that coordinates with the Textured Impressions Embossing Folders in Adorning Accents! I'm playing alot with the In-Colors and Soft Suede & Early Espresso. Plus you see a couple spools of ribbon that you can get for FREE with "Sale-a-bration"!!

workspace wednesday

I've got this idea.... every Wednesday I'll take a picture of my workspace and post here. I'm pretty messy when I craft so it should be interesting to see. I'm in the process of setting up in a new space. We had a home office that I shared with my husband, but when we found out we're expecting Abby we changed it into a playroom. So, my supplies got moved into boxes and into out closet (one of these days I'll take a picture of that but its just TOO messy right now!). I would go to the closet and grab whatever supplies I wanted to work with and then go to the kitchen table, the kitchen counters, the living room floor & even kitchen floor to work on projects. Abby has moved into Reagan's room so we have more space in our bedroom, so thats where I'm working at. I've not got every put away yet, but I'm getting there! So, here we go the first shot is just to let you see the whole picture, then the second one is my workspace!
