Week 11 | Project Life

This is week 11 of my Project Life 2013 Album. Seems we've been busy enjoying life and so I'm little behind on this project, but working hard to get caught up. I've been a member of Studio Calico's Project Life Kit and I've LOVED it! It was my plan to just use those kits plus printables in my 2013 album. But once I seen Becky Higgins Honey Edition I knew I had to get it! So, I will start with the kit of the month and use what looks good with my pictures and content of that week. Then look through printables. Then jump over to the Honey Edition. Since Hobby Lobby is now carrying Becky Higgins brand (YAY!) I was able to use a 40% off coupon and get the Honey Edition Core Kit! and I LOVE it even more in person!!! The colors & style is just perfect for my pictures!
The page is Design F, I tend to use that one A LOT since you can put so many pictures on it. I've been shooting 99.999% on my iphone & I have a go-to filter on instagram (Lo-Fi). The camera on the iPhone S4 is really great & I love how handy it is to use.

STAMPS - the title card is 4x6 from Studio Calico and I stamped on it with a Sn@p Stamp Set, you can see more about that in this post. I also used some stamps from Hero Arts Branded with Studio Calico and Studio AE. For those that don't know, "Studio AE" is a stamp line designed by Ali Edwards. I'm part of a monthly club from Technique Tuesday so the new set just appears in my mailbox every month! Plus club members get a discount on the set! I use these stamps ALL THE TIME on my scrapbook pages! Here is the link to learn more about that.

WASHI TAPE - I LOVE washi tape! I used the black with white dots from the Smash line and the "today" on the bottom right card came in one of the Studio Calico kits. When in doubt . . . put some washi tape on it! :)

OTHER EMBELLISHMENTS - Ok, who doesn't LOVE wood veneers? I would guess if you don't you either don't have any or don't have enough. Get some hearts, cameras or potty people those seem to go with anything. And don't forget some adhesive. I normally use glossy accents but I'm almost out, so for this one I used a Zig two-way pen. I wasn't sure if it would hold but so far it has done brilliantly!
